I currently teach Kindergarten at Jonesboro Elementary. I began my teaching career in the private sector. I joined the staff at Jonesboro as a 3rd grade teacher and later transitioned to my present spot in Kindergarten. I am a Highly Qualified Educator with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama and a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. My hobbies include spending time with my family, reading and traveling.
